My Background
I support leaders to build productive, purpose-driven workplaces that excel in communication and people engagement. As an Organisational Behaviourist, with extensive experience working in the corporate world as well as consulting across industries, I combine my practical, lived experience with a deep understanding of work psychology to deliver transformation for clients.
I excel at solving complex culture and engagement challenges. I combine tailored solutions with evidence-based frameworks, using a deep understanding of workplace behaviours and psychology to help organisations shift behaviours, build stronger cultures, improve reputation, and create lasting impact. Great communication underpins everything.
I've managed communication, brand and reputation at Bank of Ireland, navigating culture and reputational crisis through largescale transformation and internal and external challenges; led industry advisory and collaborative research at Dublin City University’s Centre of Excellence for Diversity & Inclusion and headed up the People Science team at a culture software startup in Dublin, where we developed culture and reporting metrics, a micro-learning culture programme and consulted with clients across a wide range of industries.
Since 2023, I've beeing consulting, training, speaking and delivering for clients across internal and external communciations, culture, and inclusion for ESG purposes.
As a proud (recently returned) Waterford native, I have been involved in the Wall Project (Waterford Walls International Street Art Festival) since it's inception over 10 years ago and currently sit on the Board.
