Hi I'm Pippa

A seasoned expert in organisational behaviour and communications, I bring 20 years of experience working with some of Ireland's leading brands across the public and private sectors. From financial services and agri to tech, renewables, aviation, higher education, and sport, I partner with organisations to drive transformation, culture change, and enhance brand and reputation.

I specialise in tackling complex culture, communciation and engagement challenges, delivering solutions that combine a bespoke approach with an evidence-based framework for impactful results.

I design and facilitate away days, all colleague townhalls and workshops that give people a chance to say what’s on their minds, connect with colleagues they don't regularly engage with and build stronger working relationships. I help design and deliver for your audience.
